A seasoned financial and business leader, Mr. Hadomi was CFO and VP of Business Development at DenX (image-guided dental surgery), Founder and CEO of 7D Ltd. (motion tracker for medical applications), and Chairman of the Izmel Scientific committee (consortium for the image-guided industry).

Prof. Shoham is an acclaimed authority in the field of robotics, and currently head of the robotics lab at the Technion's Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Prof. Shoham was the director of the robotic laboratory in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Columbia University (USA). He also contributed to advances in the field at Elscint (Israel) and Israel Aircraft Industries.

Eli Zehavi is an experienced manager, responsible for developing and integrating the various elements that comprise Mazor's products. Mr. Zehavi draws on an extensive background in managing multidisciplinary projects, gained as director of engineering at Elscint (Israel) and as R&D project department manager at Gelman Sciences (USA).

Nancy Sousa, has spent 8 years of her 25 year career in the healthcare industry, including capital equipment, medical device and consumables, radiology and information technology. Prior to joining Mazor, she served as Corporate Vice President and President of Given Imaging, Inc, where she led Givens financial growth from $16M to $65M in three years. Ms. Sousa previously held leadership positions at Eastman Kodak, including leading the Asian operations for the Health Imaging division. She holds a Masters of Science in mathematics as well as a Masters of Arts in mathematics.

Avi Posen, a results-oriented leader and manager with strategic marketing skills and 10 years of solid experience with a wide range of products. Mr. Posen joined Mazor at the marketing foundation stage and is responsible for all marketing, sales and business development activities within the international markets.
